• Rates are inclusive of value added tax
• A 20% non-refundable deposit required at the time of booking in order to guarantee the reservation.
• Cancellations must be made 45 days prior to arrival to avoid a full charge on the credit card provided
• Full payment taken on the card provided 45 days prior to arrival
• Children under 3 stay free of charge
• Children between 3 and 16 years – supplement of £45 per child per night will be added to the package price
• Please note – Fairmont King Rooms are suitable for families with child under 3 years old. For more children and children over 3 years, please select one of our family rooms. Please contact our reservations team for more details on room types and supplements
