This package is valid Thursday – Monday due to the opening times of the castle. It needs to be booked at least 48 hours in advance to avoid disappointment. Supplements for children apply – guests need to contact reservations for details. Full pre-payment required at the time of booking. Deposit is not transferrable and not refundable. Subject to availability and blackout dates may apply. Please have your selected date and time ready when speaking with our reservations team. The voucher will be printed off at the hotel, signed and dated by a member of staff which means guests have to come to the hotel to collect vouchers. Each voucher will have a unique reference number.
