Restful...convenient...
The staff was very friendly and I enjoyed the smiles and welcoming presence. I was hoping for a tray of cookies/strawberries like my last trip a few years ago--but no worries! Lovely stay nonetheless. The location makes this hotel perfect for my work trips.
Room was very poor, Heat and Shower problems.

Breakfast in the restaurant area was slow and food not good. Coffee not hot. People friendly but service was not good. For the amount you pay
My family stayed in one of the rooms in the gold floor for my daughter’s 8th Birthday and it was great! The staff were always friendly and accommodating. The breakfast in the lounge was delicious! So we’re the hors deurves and the dessert that they put out at certain times. Overall our stay there was enjoyable and would stay there again!

We arrived 16:30, for our adjoining rooms. We were told they were not ready, although they should have been. After waiting for another 45 minutes, the receptionist gave us a temporary room to use until our rooms were ready.
This hotel is on the ball , they have great staff who tend to all your needs , never had a bad stay and the food is amazing , no need to go out ....
It was a really good visit. Everyone working was super kind and helpful. Sad there is no complimentary breakfast and for directions it takes you to the back of the hotel for some reason. But otherwise really great and clean.
It is full of it self, but has hardly anything special to offer. In fact it seems to rely on its name to survive. This hotel is outdated and lacking in the details that make an hotel earn its stars. It is at best a two star.
