Times are changing, and so are we. What to expect during your next visit.

Health Regulations: Welcoming, safeguarding, and taking care of others is at the very heart of what we do and who we are, and the health, safety, and well-being of our guests remains our top priority, especially during these challenging times. In accordance with our new provincial health guidelines, guests will need to provide proof of full vaccination to access The Lounge, the fitness center and the pool area. Children 12 and under who are not eligible to be immunized will be able to access these facilities provided they are accompanied by a fully immunized adult.     

Proof of vaccination will be requested before being seated in the Lounge and before being able to book a time to use the pool or fitness center.  

Masks must also be worn in all indoor public spaces by any guest over the age of 4.  Masks may be removed while seated at a table in The Lounge, while swimming or while working out in the fitness center.    

We thank you in advance for your patience and understanding as we take these necessary precautions to ensure the safety of all of our guests.     

Parking: Self-parking is available to the east of the hotel in the Richardson Centre Parkade which is connected to the hotel via underground walkway.

Social Distancing: Furniture throughout the public areas of the hotel have been rearranged to facilitate social distancing.

Hand Sanitizing: Hand Sanitizing Stations have been placed in high traffic areas throughout the hotel.

Housekeeping: Your room will be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected with EPA-registered cleaning products. 

Room Amenities: Wellness kits (hand sanitizer, mask) are available upon request. Pens, stationary, magazines and alarm clocks have been removed but are available upon request.

Pet-Policy: Pets are welcomed at a fee of $25 per night.

In-Room Dining:
Breakfast: 7 AM - 10 AM daily
Dinner: 5PM – 9PM daily
Grab and Go Menu is available 24 hours daily. 

Lounge at the Fairmont:
Breakfast: 7 AM - 10 AM from Monday to Friday; 8 AM - 11 AM on Saturday; 8 AM - 12 PM on Sunday.
Lunch and Dinner: 11:30 AM - 10 PM from Tuesday to Wednesday; 11:30 AM - 11 PM from Thursday to Saturday.  
Take-out service available from 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM. 
Pool & Health Club: The fitness centre is open for our guests 24 hours, 7-days a week. The pool area is open 7-days a week from 7 am through 10 pm. 

To allow proper distancing, pool and gym capacity are limited. Reservations are required and offered in blocks of one hour by contacting the Guest Reception at 204 957 1350. Towels are not placed in the pool facility however are available at the Guest Reception or may be delivered to your room by dialing “0”.   

The sauna, whirlpool and changing room remain closed at this time.

Services not available at this time: Velvet Glove Restaurant, Business Centre, Fairmont Gold, Valet Parking, Childcare
