Times are changing, and so are we. What to expect during your next visit.

YOUR ARRIVAL 

Wellness Check: Upon arrival you will be greeted at the main entrance with a friendly smile and temperature check, along with a few screening questions. Guests that do not pass the screening will be asked to quarantine in a designated area of the hotel.

Parking: Self-parking is available to the east of the hotel in the Richardson Centre Parkade which is connected to the hotel via underground walkway.

YOUR STAY
Face Mask:
 During your stay please wear a mask at all times in the public areas of the hotel. Masks will be provided for guests who do not have one.

Social Distancing: Furniture throughout the public areas of the hotel have been rearranged to facilitate social distancing.

Hand Sanitizing: Hand Sanitizing Stations have been placed in high traffic areas throughout the hotel.

Housekeeping: Your room will be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected with EPA-registered cleaning products. Housekeeping during your stay will occur every three days, when your room is vacant or upon request when your room is vacant.

Room Amenities: Wellness kits (hand sanitizer, mask) are available upon request. Pens, stationary, magazines and alarm clocks have been removed but are available upon request.

Pet-Policy: Pets are welcomed at a fee of $25 per night.

AT THE HOTEL
Dining:
 
In-Room Dining:
Breakfast: 7 AM - 10:30 AM on weekdays from August 2; 8AM – 11:30AM on weekends
Dinner: 5PM – 9PM daily
Grab and Go Menu is available 24 hours daily. 

Lounge at the Fairmont:
Take-out service only available from 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM. 

Pool & Health Club: The fitness centre is open for our guests 24 hours, 7-days a week, and to allow proper distancing, capacity is limited. The pool area is open 7-days a week from 9am through 9pm. Reservations are required for the pool and are offered in blocks of one hour by contacting our Guest Services Team at (204) 957-1350. The sauna, whirlpool and changing room remain closed at this time.

* Out of the province guests must be fully vaccinated plus 2 weeks in order to use the facilities. They will require proof of vaccination when they book their pool time.

* Children under the age of 12 are not required to show proof of vaccination as it is not available at this time for them.

Face masks must be worn while working out as well as when guests are on the pool deck.
