Parking: Self-parking is available to the east of the hotel in the Richardson Centre Parkade which is connected to the hotel via underground walkway. Valet parking is available at $19 for one hour; additional hour at $5; 4 or more hours at $30. All prices are exclusive of taxes. 

Hand Sanitizing: Hand Sanitizing Stations have been placed in high traffic areas throughout the hotel.

Housekeeping: Your room will be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected with EPA-registered cleaning products. 

Room Amenities: Wellness kits (hand sanitizer, mask) are available upon request. Pens, stationary, magazines and alarm clocks have been removed but are available upon request.

Pet-Policy: Pets are welcomed at a fee of $25 per night.

Fairmont Gold Hours of Operation:

  • Private Lounge 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily
  • Deluxe Breakfast from 7 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. weekdays // 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. weekends and holidays 
  • Evening hors d'oeuvres from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. daily
  • Evening dessert from 8:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. daily
  • Daily honor bar from 11:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily (subject to extra charges)

Health Club: The fitness centre is open for our guests 24 hours, 7-days a week.

In order to perform repairs, we have had to close the pool area temporarily in order to protect the safety of our guests. Please rest assured that our teams are working diligently to address the issue.

We have made special arrangements off site if you would like the use of a pool / steam room during your stay. Our Front Desk Team would be pleased to make the necessary arrangements should you wish to make use of this option .
