The Fairmont Copley Plaza uses the services of Parents in a Pinch, a well renowned babysitting company in Boston. Parents in a Pinch will provide your family with childcare support during the day, for those special evenings away, weekends and holidays. Pets of all sizes are welcome in the hotel at a cost of $25/night. The pet must be on a leash at all times and must not be left unattended in the room. Any damage incurred to the room by the pet is the responsibility of the guest. Guide dogs are always welcome and exempt of charges.
For individuals who are not able to travel with their pet, the hotel offers the services of Catie Copley, Canine Ambassador. Catie, a black Labrador formerly trained as a guide dog, warmly greets guests upon arrival to the hotel. She is also available for scheduled walks and runs with guests. There are 12 rooms at the hotel which are specially adapted for physically challenged guests. These rooms are in full compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act. The Housekeeping Department can also provide raised toilet seats and shower chairs upon request.
