As there is very limited storage, the hotel is only able to accept boxes three (3) days prior to the start of your event. Please inform the hotel if any boxes are shipped for your program. For each package, a $5.00 per box and $150 per pallet handling fee will be charged to the Master Account. Any package being shipped out from the hotel must be prepaid, addressed, labeled and ready for shipping.

Pets of all sizes are welcome in the hotel at a cost of $25/night. The pet must be on a leash at all times and must not be left unattended in the room. Any damage incurred to the room by the pet is the responsibility of the guest. Guide dogs are always welcome and exempt of charges.
For individuals who are not able to travel with their pet, the hotel offers the services of Carly Copley, Canine Ambassador. Carly, a black Labrador formerly trained as a guide dog, warmly greets guests upon arrival to the hotel. She is also available for scheduled walks and runs with guests.
