Fairmont Copley Plaza, centrally located in the heart of Boston, offers a variety of services to meet our guests' every need.

Fairmont Copley Plaza  is committed to providing an inclusive and welcoming experience for all guests. 

 

There are 12 guest rooms that are in full compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act. The Housekeeping Department can also provide raised toilet seats and shower chairs upon request.

There is a FedEx Office Print & Ship Center located at 187 Dartmouth Street (adjacent to the hotel, next to the Dartmouth Street entrance) that may assist with any business service needs.

Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.

 

The guest whose name is on the reservation must be at least 21 years of age to check into Fairmont Copley Plaza. Photo identification is required for check-in. Any person who has made a reservation, is staying alone, and is not at least 21 years of age will not be allowed to check in.

Fairmont Copley Plaza Boston offers complimentary on-site fitness facilities, 3,000 square-foot, downtown rooftop health club overlooking Back Bay.

Fairmont Fit provides Reebok workout apparel and footwear which can be delivered directly to your room upon request. Fairmont Fit is available to ALL - Accor Live Limitless members and is complimentary to Silver, Gold and Platinum members.* There is a small service charge for Classic members.

Pets of all sizes are welcome in the hotel for a one-time fee of $50 USD per pet (taxes not included). Maximum number of pets is two. The pet must be on a leash at all times and must not be left unattended in the room. Any damage incurred to the room by the pet is the responsibility of the guest. Service dogs are always welcome and exempt of charges. Guests are required to sign a “Pet Policy Disclaimer” form at time of check-in, agreeing to the rules of having a pet on property.

 

Per Boston’s health code, only service animals are allowed inside OAK Long Bar + Kitchen's dining room. Emotional support animals are not allowed under this law.

 

OAK Long Bar + Kitchen is pleased to welcome all dogs to its outdoor patio (available seasonally and weather permitting) in accordance with the dog-friendly policy from the City of Boston.

Self-parking is available nearby at the following public garage locations (rates are subject to change). These options are not affiliated with Fairmont Copley Plaza:

  • Back Bay Garage: $43 USD (overnight; daily max; vehicle must exit by 5 am next day; input 85 St. James Avenue, Boston 02116 in your GPS)
  • Copley Place: $42 USD (overnight; input 100 Huntington Avenue, Boston 02116 in your GPS)
  • LAZ Parking: $42 USD (overnight; input 126 Dartmouth Street, Boston 02116 in your GPS)

We do not have an on-site swimming pool. Please ask our Concierge or other Guest Services Associate for assistance with local swimming pool options.

A daily Urban Experience Fee of $35 USD (taxes are included and fee is subject to change) applies to all rooms booked at Daily Flexible Rates, Discount Rates, or Package Rates. The fee will bundle a one-time $45 USD food & beverage credit per stay to be used for In-Room Dining or in OAK Long Bar + Kitchen (excluding breakfast charges) and one in-room movie per stay (including new releases).

Valet parking is available for guests arriving at Fairmont Copley Plaza, with service offered at both the St. James Avenue and Dartmouth Street entrances.

 

The rates are, as follows:

  • Overnight Parking: $72 USD
  • Late Fee: $30 USD for any time after 1 p.m.
  • Daytime Function: $45 USD
  • Evening Function: $45 USD
  • Restaurant: $30 USD, with validation

Guest services

Please note that Fairmont Copley Plaza does not offer on-site babysitting services; however, our Concierge team would be happy to assist in arranging a trusted local service for our guests.

Bellmen are located at the Dartmouth Street and St. James Avenue entrances to the hotel. They will be happy to assist you with porterage and luggage storage.

Our Housekeeping staff is pleased to offer daily cleaning service to ensure the best possible comfort for all of our guests. Turndown service is available.

Microwaves, mini refrigerators, rollaway beds, and cribs are available complimentary upon request. Please contact our Reservations Department prior to or during your stay, and we will gladly arrange for delivery to your guest room, based on availability.

Kindly note that not all guest room types can accommodate rollaway beds or cribs due to space limitations.

Should you have any deliveries, please direct drivers, if applicable, to the loading dock entrance. Any package being shipped to the hotel must be prepaid and addressed as follows:

As there is very limited storage, the hotel is only able to accept boxes three (3) days prior to the start of your event. Please inform the hotel if any boxes are shipped for your program. For each package, a $5.00 per box and $150 per pallet handling fee will be charged to the Master Account. Any package being shipped out from the hotel must be prepaid, addressed, labeled and ready for shipping.

Safe deposit boxes are available at the Front Desk at no extra charge.
