Concierge
The Concierge is available 24-hours a day in the Main Lobby of the hotel. They can help you arrange dinner reservations, provide information about the surrounding Dallas Arts District, obtain tickets to performances at the new AT&T Performing Arts Center, the Dallas Museum of Art, Nasher Sculpture Center or any other of the myriad of arts and culture institutions or major attractions in Dallas.

In order to guarantee same-day dry-cleaning and laundry services, items must be received by 9:00 a.m. Overnight shoe shine is also available.
Parking
The hotel offers valet parking with unlimited access at a cost of $25 USD/night, inclusive of taxes. Alternative covered and open parking lots and garages are also available in the surrounding area.
Pet Policy
There are no weight limitations for pets, however pets must be on a leash at all times and must not be left unattended in the room. If left unattended, you must place your DND sign on the outside of the door.
The charge is $25 per pet per day. Pet amenities available include food and water bowls, treats, emergency pet food and a welcome gift.
Seeing-eye dogs are always welcome and exempt of charges.
Safe Deposit Boxes
Safety deposit boxes are available at the Front Desk at no extra charge, as well as a personal safe is located in the guestroom.
Wheelchair Accessibility
There are 22 rooms at the hotel which are specially adapted for physically challenged guests. These rooms feature lowered peepholes, lowered closer rods, grab bars in the bathroom and lowered shower controls. Some would also have roll-in showers and benches over the bathtubs.
