Fairmont Hotels & Resorts' gift cards can be purchased on our web site for a minimum of $50 in CAD or USD. Denominations are available in $50 increments, or you can choose your own amount between $50 to $2000 CAD or USD. If redeemed at a hotel or resort where the local currency is other than Canadian or U.S. dollars, the gift card terminal will seek the current exchange rate powered by Oanda to calculate credit. The exchange rates used are based on current market conditions and cannot be adjusted by Fairmont Hotels & Resorts.
Fairmont Gift Cards can be used for accommodations and more at any Fairmont Hotel and Resort worldwide, including spa services, dining or golf, tennis and other leisure activities. Fairmont Gift Cards are not accepted at Fairmont Heritage Place properties (exception of Franz Klammer Lodge and Ghirardelli Square.) Furthermore, gift cards can be used for shopping at any Fairmont Store location. For in-house guests, any charge that can be applied to a hotel folio can be paid for with a gift card. This includes taxes and gratuities. To avoid any possible disappointment, we suggest that the recipient mention the gift card at the time of booking.
Willow Stream Spas gift cards may only be used for Willow Stream services or products at any Willow Stream Spa location.
Gift cards may not be redeemed for cash.
The recipient can use his/her gift card to pay for meals or services purchased at a Fairmont hotel or resort or Willow Stream Spa, even if he/she is not currently a guest there.
Unlike a paper-based gift certificate the Fairmont Hotels & Resorts or Willow Stream gift card is designed to carry a balance. Therefore, if a guest uses his/her gift card to pay for something of lesser value than is stored on the card, the amount of the purchase will be subtracted and the remaining balance will stay on the card for future use.
Terms and Conditions
The Fairmont Hotels & Resorts gift card, physical and/or electronic format, is redeemable against any direct hotel charges managed by Fairmont Hotels & Resorts at time of redemption. Fairmont Hotels & Resorts gift cards can also be redeemed at Fairmont Stores (retail locations and online), Fairmont owned and operated golf courses, Fairmont owned and operated food & beverage outlets, Fairmont owned and operated spas and any other outlet pertaining to Fairmont Hotels & Resorts. The Willow Stream Spa gift card is redeemable for any Willow Stream Spa services or merchandise purchased at a Willow Stream Spa boutique. The Willow Stream Spa gift card cannot be redeemed against any direct hotel charges managed by Fairmont Hotels & Resorts or at Fairmont Stores, Fairmont golf courses, Fairmont owned and operated food & beverage outlets or any other outlet pertaining to Fairmont Hotels & Resorts.
Gift cards are available in Canadian and U.S. Dollars on our website. If redeemed at a hotel or resort where the local currency is other than Canadian or U.S. dollars, the gift card terminal will seek the current exchange rate powered by Oanda to calculate credit. The Fairmont Hotels & Resorts or Willow Stream gift card may be combined with other forms of payment. Guest charges in excess of the gift card's stored value may be settled with cash or major credit card. Not exchangeable for cash and has no value unless redeemed. Electronic gift cards are not exchangeable for physical gift cards.
Fairmont Hotels & Resorts is not responsible for lost, stolen or destroyed cards. To protect the gift card balance, please ensure that it is registered. When notified that a gift card has been lost or stolen the existing balance will be frozen and a replacement card will be issued for that amount. Prior to notification, any use of the card is at your risk.
Use of this Card constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

The gift card is not guaranteed by Fairmont Hotels & Resorts where the gift card has been purchased from someone other than Fairmont Hotels & Resorts or an affiliated source.
Fairmont Hotels & Resorts reserves the right to cancel a gift card if it believes that the gift card was obtained through fraudulent or unauthorized means.
