The Fairmont Dallas hosts many special events throughout the year for your enjoyment. Many of these seasonal activities only come once a year and our team of dedicated professionals ensure that each one is a unique experience. 

 

Special Global Wine Tasting Dinner
Please join us for an intimate evening with Peter Marks, one of only 24 Masters of Wine in the United States, on Wednesday, December 11th. Take a tour of exceptional vineyards and winemaking regions around the globe, all exquisitely paired with a five-course dinner prepared by Executive Chef Brian Armstrong. The Global Wine Tasting dinner will be offered for $125 per person, inclusive of tax and service charge and complimentary valet parking.
