Fairmont Baku, Azerbaijan (2013)
Fairmont Baku, part of the iconic Flame Towers complex, brings 299 superbly appointed guest rooms and 19 serviced apartments, which include an array of Fairmont Gold options.

Fairmont Ajman, Ajman, United Arab Emirates (2013)
Ideally situated on the Arabian Gulf in Ajman, UAE, the newly built Fairmont Ajman will be in close proximity to the Sharjah and Dubai airports. The hotel features 252 guestrooms and suites, including two luxurious penthouse offerings, a multitude of dining options and fitness facilities. The beachfront location will offer guests a wide range of leisure activities including water sports and diving as well as access to shopping and cultural excursions. Event planners can take advantage of 2,000 square meters of indoor function space as well as outdoor facilities.

Fairmont Fujairah, Fujairah, United Arab Emirates (2013)
Located on the east coast of the United Arab Emirates with sweeping views of the Gulf of Oman and lauded for its natural beauty set against the backdrop of the historic Hajar Mountains, a Fairmont flag will fly at Fairmont Fujairah. The project will consist of a 194-room hotel with dedicated meeting facilities, a Willow Stream spa and a marina.

Fairmont Nanjing, Nanjing, China (2013)
Situated on the south bank of the Yangtze River, Nanjing is a cultural and commercial metropolis and the hotel will be part of a new residential and commercial development in the ever-expanding city. The hotel will feature 371 spacious guestrooms and suites and guests will enjoy a variety of restaurants and bars as well as a 1,800 square meter Willow Stream Spa, pool and fitness facilities, as well as 2,500 square meters of function and meeting space.

Fairmont Riyadh, Business Gate, Saudi Arabia (2013)
Located just north of the city, Fairmont Riyadh, Business Gate will be part of a new mixed-use development project comprising the hotel, a convention centre and commercial real estate space that will house multinational corporations as well as regional companies.The hotel will feature 287 spacious guestrooms, including Fairmont Gold. Guests will enjoy a selection of dining venues as well as spa and fitness facilities. The convention center comprises 4,000 square meters of meeting and function space.

Fairmont Chengdu (2014)
This contemporary hotel will be situated within the Palm Springs International Centre in Tianfu New Town and will feature 375 spacious guestrooms as well as approximately 60 serviced apartments. A vibrant selection of dining options will be available, including a restaurant on the 39th floor featuring panoramic city views. For meetings and events within the hotel, a total of 1,500 square meters of function space will be on offer, including a 900 square meter ballroom. Amenities include a Willow Stream Spa and fitness and pool facilities.

Located in the capital of Shanxi Province in the historic city of Taiyuan, the 330-room luxury hotel will be situated along the Fen River offering spectacular views, yet within walking distance of the new Central Business District in Taiyuan. The hotel will feature a variety of dining outlets, a 7,000 square meter private club, 3,500 square meters of function space, including a 1,500 square meter ballroom and a Willow Stream Spa.

Situated in Senayan Square at the South end of Jakarta's Central Business District, Fairmont Jakarta will feature 371 spacious guestrooms and 117 Fairmont branded suites. Additional features and amenities to the urban hotel include a number of lounges and several restaurants featuring a variety of culinary offerings. For corporate events and local galas, the hotel features 3,500 square meters of function space, including a 1,200 square meter ballroom.

Fairmont Amman (2014)
This luxurious hotel will be situated next to the Fifth Circle in the heart of Amman, less than 30 minutes from the airport, adjacent to the Embassy District, the new Royal Jordanian headquarters, the Abdali Development, as well as the desirable residential community of Abdoun. The Fairmont Amman will feature 300 luxurious guestrooms and suites including Fairmont Gold. For corporate events, weddings and local galas, over 2,000 square meters of function space, including an 800 square meter ballroom.

Fairmont Pekin Moscow (2014+)
Fairmont Pekin Moscow will be centrally located in the city, at the junction of the Garden Ring and Triumfalnaya Square. Opposite is the Mayakovsky Monument and metro station, while the Tchaikovsky Concert Hall, Satire Theater and Red Square are situated nearby. The hotel will feature 236 spacious guestrooms and suites, including Fairmont Gold. Guests will also enjoy a selection of dining venues, 950 square meters of meeting and function space as well as a Fairmont branded spa and fitness facilities.

The Fairmont Austin (2014+)
The Fairmont Austin will be located directly east of the Austin Convention Center, at the northeast corner of Cesar Chavez and Red River Streets. This 50-story hotel, which features over 70,000 square feet of function space, will rise approximately 580 feet, making it the second largest structure on downtown Austin’s skyline.

Fairmont Quasar, Istanbul (2016)
Two 41-story towers will sit above a 4-story office podium with fitness facilities and luxury retail stores. The towers will house a Fairmont Hotel and Fairmont Residences as well as Quasar Residences and offices which will be managed by Fairmont. The hotel will feature Fairmont Gold, a number of lounges and several restaurants, 2,000 square meters of function space, and a Willow Stream Spa.
