Car Rental
There is a car rental agency located on the ground floor of the hotel. At Dubai International Airport, there are also a number of car rental agencies including Hertz, Budget, Thrifty and Avis.

Check in / Check out
Check-in time is from 3 pm onwards and checkout time is at 12 noon. Should you arrive prior to 3 pm, our guest services department will be pleased to store your luggage until your room is ready.

Concierge
Located in the main lobby, our award winning concierge team is available 24 hours a day to assist you in making the most of your stay in Dubai.  From organising sightseeing tours to arranging dinner and travel reservations, as well as providing insight on cultural places to visit for a glimpse of Middle Eastern life, our international team will ensure that every detail of your trip is experienced to its fullest.

Elevators
There are six glass panoramic guest elevators located in the main lobby.  A dedicated elevator is also located on the lobby level for guests dining in Spectrum on One.

High Speed Internet Access
Guests may access the Internet through dedicated computers at the Business Centre or in the privacy of their guestroom with Fairmont.Net ports, which enables users to connect their laptop ethernet port directly to the Internet.   Wireless capabilities are also available in the Fairmont Gold Lounge located on the 33rd floor.

In Room Safe
All guest rooms have an in-room safe that can hold a laptop computer.

Laundry services are available 24 hours a day, including specialised services upon request.

Valet and self parking options are available, including complimentary valet parking for in-house guests.
