Waste Reduction and Recycling

To combat food waste and implement enhanced recycling measures, Fairmont Dubai has a comprehensive waste management program, which ensures that recyclables are properly sorted and that non-recyclable waste is minimized.  We actively engage with our suppliers to reduce packaging and encourage the use of sustainable materials.

We strive to eliminate single-use plastics from the hotel’s guest experience wherever possible: guest rooms, meeting areas, etc.
