Hours of Operation: Open 24-hours, the Fitness Center at The Fairmont Hamilton Princess can be accessed via your keycard and overlooks the hotel gardens.

Please Note: Access to the Fitness Center is complimentary to registered guests of the hotel. Proper shoes and attire must be worn - no bathing suits. Children must be at least 14 years to use the equipment.
Guests have the choice of booking their day spa treatments at the Inverurie Day Spa at The Fairmont Hamilton Princess or at Willow Stream, the Spa at The Fairmont Southampton.

Guests of The Fairmont Hamilton Princess may use the facilities at Willow Stream, the spa at The Fairmont Southampton. Located on the Mezzanine Level of The Fairmont Southampton Hotel, guests are able to use the daily spa guest membership at $29 per day or on a complimentary basis if booked with a $99 or more treatment. Complimentary ferry service to the Waterlot dock and trolley.

Salon: 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Lifestyle Cuisine Menu: Please enquire at the Willow Stream reception desk for the daily lifestyle cuisine menu.

Cancellation Policy: If you must reschedule or cancel an a la carte appointment, please notify the spa four hours in advance to avoid being charged for the service. Cancellation of a package requires 24-hour notice.
Gratuities: A 15% service gratuity will be added to your bill.
