With a focus on fresh, locally grown produce and authentic preparation, the Fairmont Jaipur’s Indian speciality restaurant offers a delectable tour of the Mogul era, bringing back the lost art of Indian cuisine in breathtaking fashion.
A fine menu of classical dishes highlighting the Mogul emperors’ travels from Afghanistan to Delhi awaits guests, as they learn from a collection of stories of how each specific cuisine became popular in the era. Guests at Fairmont Jaipur can also sample items from a special “fresh and seasonal” menu, featuring unique seasonal ingredients and chef’s personal favorites.
This up-market fine dining experience ensures that the guest plays an integral role in the presentation of their selections, as many dishes are finished table side, adding an air of tradition and history to this incredible dining journey. Nightly, local entertainment completes the spectacular ambiance at the restaurant.
Diners can browse through the King’s Bazaar to get an authentic feel of a traditional Indian bazaar where artisans make bangles, pottery, and paintings.
