INTERNATIONAL THEME, RAJASTHAN FOOD SELECTION
Zoya, the all-day dining restaurant is a five level foodie indulgence of luxe interiors and a warm welcoming ambiance. The restaurant features five different dining experiences that are distinct and unusual. Gleaming silverware, fine china and goblets in regal colours welcome guests as they dine in the royal Mughal tent style dining area. The seating here is intimate and rich with banquets and carved antique silver chairs all around. An old school, built on site, wood fired stone oven dishes out delicious pizzas and grills while the 3 big brass tandoors bring a raw ethnic respite amongst the chic interiors of the restaurant. Buzzing with activity all day long it is the venue for buffet breakfast where warm pots of coffee and tea do the rounds as guests explore the variety of food on display. The live counters here sizzle with excitement as chefs prepare the most important meal of the day.
Located on the ground floor, this all-day dining restaurant at Fairmont Jaipur features a global menu that was perfected over a 2000 km journey undertaken by the chefs to learn the art of Rajasthani cuisine by home-cooks and chefs to royal families across the state, the 5 different dining experiences at Zoya are as varied as they can be. With panoramic views of the Aravalli hills, Zoya is a delight in the mornings as live stations light up for the royal breakfast feast. Buffet style service, pots of tea and coffee brewing and endless conversation at the tables flavour each meal with a memory that is dear. The court style dining area with its blue and white luxe tent and rich silver seating all around is ideal for an intimate meal with friends and family. The lily pond with its sparkling waters and playful pigeons is perfect for an intimate round of entrees as the night sky lights up. Dark desires take centre stage at Zoya as it showcases the largest chocolate buffet in the Pink City. The main dining area is a family friendly dining space with discreet tuniced staff that is at your service ready to fulfill any whim while the chefs whip up meals that are culinary masterpieces. The Open Kitchen in Zoya offers a unique perspective for culinary enthusiasts who can interact with the chefs as they prepare their meals ‘live’. A hub of gourmet events, Zoya is often a host to various themed food festivals at Fairmont Jaipur.
What is perhaps the most unique aspect of Zoya is that it is many culinary experiences in one. The menu pans from traditional fares such as the fiery Laal Maas, Dal Baati aur Choorma and Maas ke Sule to international favorites such as Pan Asian treats in the form of Nasi Goreng, Thai Red Curry and Jasmine rice. Zoya’s menu also boasts of an enviable Italian selection that features the most delicate homemade Cannelloni among regulars such as Penne Arabiata and Spaghetti. If the meals at Zoya are memorable then the desserts are simply divine. Known for their elaborate chocolate selections chefs here have perfected the art of satisfying the sweet tooth. The signature dessert 5 senses is, as the name suggests, a gentle tease to the senses. And if that doesn’t transport you to bitter sweet heaven then take a bite of the homemade New York Cheese Cake and you will leave completely satiated after a meal that is truly a gourmand’s delight.
Guests can also enjoy relaxing on the hotel’s chic outdoor veranda and terrace space, making dining at Fairmont Jaipur an experience to cherish.
