Fairmont Pet-Friendly Policy

The Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge recognizes that pets are an extended part of your family, and we are pleased to welcome them to our property! The Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge is the perfect pet-friendly getaway with many rivers, lakes, and trails to explore, as well as a dog park in the town of Jasper where the local dogs are always keen to sniff out “out of towners.” From now until the end of the winter season, your pets can enjoy a designated off-leash dog area located just in front of The Main Lodge in the fenced Tennis Courts. Pet-Friendly Policy

The Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge has a $50 flat fee per room, per night regardless of the number of pets staying with you. $15 per night is donated to the local SPCA in Hinton. We would like to remind our guests that they are within the Jasper National Park Boundary and you must follow rules set out by the park - dogs must be leashed at all times and owners must pick up after them. For the comfort of all of our guests, pets are not permitted in the following areas: Kids Club and Teen Room, Yoga Studio, Health Club, as well as in all food service areas. This includes the Emerald Lounge and designated areas of the Great Hall. Service dogs are an exception.

Pet-Friendly Amenities

Water bowls, treats, pet waste bags, and a copy of Bark! magazine are provided when you and your guest stay with us. Emergency pet food and dog beds are available if needed.

Pet-Friendly Sitting

We are more than happy to provide care for your pets if you need to leave them for any period of time. Pet sitting services can be arranged through the Concierge desk for a fee of $15 per hour.
