The Walliser Stube
Innovative European alpine cuisine is featured nightly at the intimate Walliser Stube restaurant and wine bar. Choose from a tempting variety of classic Swiss, German and Alpine dishes influenced by regional styles, or experience our authentic Swiss Fondue - an homage to our Swiss Mountain Guide heritage.
Sample some of our traditional European style cocktails or indulge in our line-up of Swiss beer. Our floor-to-ceiling wine library houses more than 500 bottles to choose from.
The name Walliser stems from the Kanton Wallis (province/state) which is the mountainous region in the southwest of Switzerland where the famous Matterhorn peaks over the valleys. The tradition of eating fondue and racklette in the Stube, referring to an intimate, warm mountain living room, is another tradition the Swiss Mountain Guides left behind.

The Walliser Stube is open Monday to Saturday for dinner with seatings from 6:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.
Dress code is resort casual. Denim is to be in good repair and no athletic wear.
