The Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise invites you to find your own piece of paradise at our Lake Louise mountain resort with our special weekend yoga retreat package.

Staying in the opulent Chateau, the weekend yoga package will allow you to escape to the mountains to find your own peace and calm, while practicing yoga, meditation and enjoying nature walks.

Whether it’s a girls’ weekend or a solo retreat, this is an opportunity to take time out and unwind in the great outdoors. Staying in the opulent Chateau, you will experience the healing energy of Lake Louise and walk away feeling rejuvenated and recharged.

Package Includes:

  • Two nights luxury accommodation at The Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise resort
  • All meals, created within Executive Chef Felix Pfister's philosophy on sustainable and Lifestyle Plus cuisine
  • Yoga, meditation and discussion sessions during the weekend with Tracey Delfs
  • Relaxing Saturday evening activity
  • À la carte menu of activities including our outdoor Mountain Heritage Guide activities, hot tub and steam room in our fitness facilities or a treatment in the day spa (some additional services are extra)

Friday Evening
• 7:30 p.m. – Cocktail Reception and Welcome

• 8:00 a.m. – 9:30 a.m. Flow Yoga with Tracey Delfs – suited for all levels
• 9:30 a.m. – 10:30 a.m. Breakfast
• 10:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. Discussion on how to live more in the present moment
• 11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. Mindful nature walk - connecting with nature & yourself
• 12:30 p.m. – 1:30 p.m. Lunch
• 1:30 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. Free time for relaxing or join in a group hike
• 5:00 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. Gentle yoga and meditation
• 6:45 p.m. – 8:15 p.m. Dinner
• 8:30 p.m. – 9:30 p.m. Organized group activity

• 8:00 a.m. – 9:30 a.m. Flow Yoga with Tracey Delfs – suited for all levels
• 9:30 a.m. – 10:30 a.m. Breakfast
• 10:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. Mindful Nature walk and meditation
• 12:00 p.m. – 1:00 p.m. Lunch
• 1:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. Discussion on how to find more balance, inner peace and happiness in your life.

Rates start from $285, per night, per person, based on double occupancy in a Fairmont guest room, two night stay required ($1139 weekend package rate), plus applicable taxes.
