Yes. An emphasis on wellness is built into our philosophy of celebrating nature’s rhythms. At our Fairmont Spa, Maya-inspired traditions meet modern healing techniques. Additionally, we have a fitness center open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

We are pleased to welcome your small companion during your stay. Kindly note the following:

  • For cleaning and maintenance of your little friend, we inform you that we have an additional charge of $25 usd per day.
  • Hotel accept cats or dogs less than 20 lb.
  • We have special cleaning procedures in place to inform housekeeping of rooms with pets, the guest must be present at the moment of cleaning.
  • Pets are invited to walk on the paths and walkways closest to their guestroom as well as terrace areas on the restaurants, wearing their leash and collar at all times is mandatory.
  • Please ensure that pets remain in the comfort of their guestroom while their owners enjoy our restaurants and facilities.
  • Mexican Health Officials do not allow us to have pets in or around our restaurants for the health and welfare of all our patrons.
