Our Seigneurie Bar serves up great bistro fare like our signature 'Coast to Coast Seafood Chowder' between 5:30 p.m. and 11:00 p.m. and then your favorite cocktails while you listen to the great tunes of our house band on weekends.
While you are there try one or two of our very own Montebello Cocktails. Our very own staff invented the 'Montebello Delight' and the 'Sweet Fairmont' drinks.
