Fairmont Le Montreux Palace's modern French cuisine restaurant JAAN opened in July 2002. The restaurant, located on the upper-lobby level of the hotel, boasts a spectacular view over the French Alps and lake Geneva.

JAAN's cuisine is inspired by modern French cooking enhanced by delicate regional flavours and scents. In Jaan, the finest products from the Region's rivers, lake and land are used. The menu card changes each season.The extensive wine list also offers carefully chosen wines by the glass to complement each dish.

JAAN 's design is contemporary and minimalist. The large windows of the restaurant have panoramic views over the new gardens of Fairmont’s Le Montreux Palace as well as Lake Geneva and the Alps of the " Haute Savoie ".

JAAN has a capacity of 60 seats and is open in the evening from Tuesday through Saturday from 7 pm.
