Tatu Restaurant
Tatu, the signature restaurant, has won several awards for its exquisite cuisine and personalized attentive service. Its specialty, the Morendat Platinum Beef comes from selected crossbred steers, which are fed exclusively on premium corn and dry aged for 21 days, to give the steak a delectable flavor and supple texture. Guests can also enjoy fresh coastal seafood such as giant Tiger Prawns and Mombasa Spiny Lobsters, prepared using sustainable charcoal.
A striking contrast from the main historic building, the contemporary steak house features an open kitchen made of Mazura slabs, which is complemented with ultra modern furniture designs and harmonized with stunning African portraits. The stylish Chef’s Table provides guests with a good view of their meals being prepared, in what is undoubtedly Nairobi’s best restaurant.
