Fairmont room is upgraded to Deluxe room; Deluxe room to a Signature room; Signature room to a One Bedroom Suite only at time of reservation. No additional upgrades will be extended at time of check-in. Kerstin Florian or other spa gift in-room gift and $25 spa credit per day and available to guests who have booked the Spa Season package. Maximum of one $25 spa credit available for use per spa treatment. Spa credit is issued in the currency of the host hotel and is non-transferable and redeemable at a Willow Stream or Fairmont branded spa prior to check out. Spa robe and sandals are available for use while staying as a guest of the hotel.
