Come join us to celebrate the 15th anniversary of our traditional and most anticipated ''Gala des Grands Chefs'' on November 7, 2015. Every year Fairmont Le Manoir Richelieu alongside our Executive Chef Patrick Turcot welcome talented chefs to delight guests with the flavours of the Charlevoix region.
This year, no less than 15 chefs will be taking part in the festivities which grand highlight will be the gastronomic gala dinner hosted by Jessica Harnois, a prodigious 15-course menu with wine pairings!
