EPIC Lounge invites guests to Fairmont Fridays, a weekly wine and cheese event featuring live Jazz entertainment.
Each Friday evening, a winery is chosen to showcase their signature wines with $20 wine flights and $8 select glasses of wine. From 5pm - 9pm live Jazz entertains guests and $14 cheese platters are available to pair with the featured wines.

- Breakfast: Monday - Friday 7:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. Saturday & Sunday 7:00 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. (Breakfast Buffet until 1:00 p.m. on weekends)
- Brunch: Saturday & Sunday 11:30 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
- Lunch: Monday - Friday 12:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m.
- Dinner: Daily - 5:30 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.

EPIC dinner and weekend brunch guests: valet parking is complimentary upon presentation of a voucher which you can obtain from the restaurant. Valid ONLY during dinner time or weekend brunch. Voucher valid for up to 3 hours of complimentary parking. Not applicable to overnight hotel guests.
