Turning Restrictions & Road Closures
IMPORTANT: The City of Toronto is completing major roadwork in the area. Please access the hotel’s main and valet entrances on Front Street via Yonge Street due to closures on York and Bay Streets. (Refer to directions below/printable map above).
Note that our West entrance is available for pedestrian access only due to the closure of York Street. The project is not affiliated with the Royal York, click here for information.
Driving Directions
Arriving from the Gardiner Expressway (Eastbound)
1. Take the Yonge Street Exit.
2. Turn right (North) on Yonge Street.
3. Turn left (West) on Front Street.
4. Continue driving past Bay Street and turn right (North) into our Valet Parking.
Arriving via Gardiner Expressway (Westbound)
1. Take the Yonge Street Exit.
2. Turn left (North) on Yonge Street
3. Turn left (West) on Front Street .
4. Continue driving past Bay Street and turn right (North) into our Valet Parking.
Arriving from North Toronto via Yonge Street (Southbound) **Guests arriving Sunday, May 12 only see below for special directions.
1. Continue south on Yonge all the way to Front Street.
2. Turn right (West) on Front Street.
3. Continue driving past Bay Street and turn right (North) into Valet Parking.
Sunday, May 12 Yonge St will be closed from Roselawn Ave south to Richmond St. W due to the Sporting Life 10k marathon. Guests arriving from North Toronto via Yonge St. are advised to use the below directions.
1. South on Yonge St to Teddington Park Ave
2. Turn left (East) on Teddington Park Ave
3. Turn right (South) on Mount Pleasant Rd
4. Continue South on Mount Pleasant Rd (will turn into Jarvis St south of Bloor St, continue south on Jarvis)
5. Turn right (West) onto Front St. and continue west onto Wellington St.
6. Turn left (South) on Yonge St.
7. Turn right (West) on Front St.
8. Continue west towards hotel, turn right into valet parking driveway

Valet Parking is available at the east doors of the hotel, off Front Street. In-and-out privileges are included.Valet parking will be charged to your room account unless otherwise specified. Please refer to below parking rates for more information.
- Overnight rate for Registered Guests: $48 (effective May 1st)
- 30 minutes or less: $11
- One hour or less: $16
- Two hours or less: $26
- Daytime maximum (7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.) or over two hours: $34
- Evening function rate (5:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m.): $31
- All of the above rates include tax
- EPIC & Benihana Dinner Guests and Epic Brunch Guests (Saturday & Sunday): valet parking is complimentary upon presentation of a voucher which you can obtain from the restaurant. Valid ONLY during dinner/brunch for a maximum of 3 hours. (Not applicable for registered hotel guests, regular overnight fee of $48 per evening will apply).
