Executive Chef Collin Thornton offers you a home cooked Christmas meal to serve to your family and friends:
- Maple Roasted 100 km Parsnip and Pear Veloute
- Natural Ontario Roast Turkey, Onion Sage Stuffing
- Savory Pan Gravy, Royal York Cranberry Sauce
- Herb Roasted Château Potatoes
- Maple Glazed Root Vegetable Medley
- Home Style Pumpkin Tarts with Whipped Molasses Cream
- Freshly Baked Artisan Baguette and Mayonnaise (for sandwiches the next day)
Meals serve 4 or 8 people.
Turkey and trimmings are ready to reheat and serve, and include instructions on preparation.
Pick up times are between 11 - 4 p.m. for December 24 & 25
