SHOP at The Savoy is the ultimate ‘SHOPcierge’ experience, destined to change the world of luxury hotel retail. Established for both guests of The Savoy and visitors at large, SHOP offer a unique menu of shopping services and an in-house collection, delivering the finest products and playthings that London has to offer.
Launched at the end of December 2010, SHOP at The Savoy features an in-house team of expert Personal Shoppers based in the hotel, six days a week. SHOP is available throughout the hotel as a virtual shopping space, visible in our exclusive brochure and TV channel in every room, on our website and through our 20 showcase ‘windows’ positioned around the hotel.
Beautiful, theatrical, savvy and enchanting – SHOP’s philosophy is echoed through the quarterly collection of bold and beautiful luxury goods, carefully curated by SHOP’s retail team and consultant Yasmin Sewell. Featuring major luxury brands alongside emerging British design talent, the collections present an engaging mix of to-die-for pieces guaranteed to surprise and delight.
Brands include Anya Hindmarch, Dunhill, Boodles, Matches, Cutler and Gross, Nicholas Kirkwood, Alexander McQueen, Spencer Hart, Moncrief, Lee Broom, The New English, Jordan Askill and Ultimate Library (to name a few). The focus is on exclusive products, limited editions and kits.
In addition SHOP opens the doors to the VIP services from all our brand partners including Selfridges, Matches and Jaguar, offering all-access service, bespoke opportunities, experts and designers available to meet with guests for the full VIP treatment.
