Guests can help us achieve our sustainability goals by making small adjustments. For example, to help reduce our water consumption guests can engage with our linen and towels reuse programme.
FOOD & BEVERAGE
Our chefs select the freshest, seasonal produce from suppliers who deliver on food sustainability, including Fairtrade and organic options. We also provide guests with carbon footprint information for each dish on our menu so they can make more informed choices.
