Shout Out for Stouts Beer & Seafood Pairing Dinner

May 12-22 is Seattle Beer Week and the Fairmont Olympic will be celebrating with a hopped-up seafood pairing dinner. Shuckers has teamed up with the unofficial King and Queen of Seattle's craft beer scene, Charles and Rose Ann Finkel of Pike Brewing Company, for an incredible beer event like no other.

Guests will indulge in a variety of seafoods from Penn Cove Shellfish, while sipping beers from Pike Brewing
and Samuel Smith Brewery. This evening will be perfectly paired with stories and history of the evolution of
craft beer in Seattle.
