Dine in Art Deco elegance with two seating options featuring a an elaborate four-course, share-style menu. The late seating includes a Champagne toast, party kit, and entry to the Golden Countdown bash at Olympic Bar, featuring a DJ and midnight countdown.

Join us on select Saturdays this January for a revitalizing wellness experience. Start your morning with sunrise yoga led by Equinox instructors, followed by a guided meditation and sound bath with local healer Leah Williams. Continue the journey with mini facials and massage treatments from Penelope & The Beauty Bar.

Celebrate the enchantment of the season with a Nutcracker Holiday Tea—a modern twist on the hotel’s renowned Afternoon Tea. Delight in festive flavors and be captivated by live performances from Olympic Ballet Theatre, accompanied by The Seattle Quartet.

Bring the magic of Christmas home this year with a festive dinner from the Fairmont. Enjoy all the traditional favorites, available in servings for four or eight guests, and receive a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine to celebrate.    

Celebrate New Year's at Seattle's seafood gem, with a three-course feast. Enjoy fresh seasonal oysters, beef tenderloin, seared black cod, and additional house favorites. 

Welcome the new year with a relaxed à la carte breakfast served from 6:30 to 11:00 AM, the perfect start to your first day of 2026. From noon to 2:00 PM, continue the celebration with a festive prix fixe brunch, featuring your choice of two courses for $70++ per person or three courses for $80++ per person. A refreshing way to begin the year.

Celebrate Christmas Eve and Christmas Day at Shuckers with a festive prix-fixe menu featuring fresh seafood and traditional holiday favorites. Take in the charming holiday décor and elevate your celebration with optional wine pairings and seasonal cocktails.

Step into the crimson glow of Founder’s Club this New Year’s Eve, where red attire sets the mood for a speakeasy-style celebration. Enjoy curated cocktails and toast with Perrier-Jouët Belle Époque Champagne as the clock strikes midnight. Your late-night seating includes a festive party kit and entry to the Olympic Bar Lounge, where a live DJ and countdown welcome 2026 in style.

Ring in the New Year in iconic style at Olympic Bar's Countdown party, celebrating 101 years of Fairmont Olympic! Enjoy live DJ sets, dance floor, martini bar, party kits, a midnight toast, and a dazzling countdown—all included. Reserve your seat with a bar package or join us as a walk-in around the inner circle.

A beloved holiday experience, our suite transforms into a teddy bear wonderland filled with nearly 100 bears, twinkling lights, candy canes, a glowing digital fireplace, and a towering Christmas tree. Guests are invited to cuddle up with the bears, capture festive photos, and every child leaves with a special treat.  Designed by local talent Kevin Bradford.  Donations benefit Seattle Children’s Autism Center and Uncompensated Care.
