Honor Día de los Muertos at The George with a vibrant prix-fixe dinner inspired by Executive Chef Guillermo Carreño’s Oaxacan heritage. Experience traditional Mexican flavors, soulful live music, candlelit ambiance, bold florals and festive face painting, with highlights including scallop crudo, wild mushroom tinga, roasted duck breast and Mexican hot chocolate panna cotta. Come dressed in rich jewel tones, dramatic florals and traditional-inspired attire for an unforgettable evening honoring Mexican culture and tradition.

Celebrate Pacific Northwest salmon season with a three-course dinner featuring wild Coho salmon, bold Woodinville Whiskey flavors, and optional whiskey flights. Highlights include whiskey crab gratin baked oysters, whiskey-cured teriyaki salmon skewers, grilled wild Coho salmon, and a cardamom chocolate pecan tart, both featuring maple bourbon sauce.   On Saturday, October 10 & 24, the experience will be elevated with a hosted tasting led by a Woodinville Whiskey Brand Ambassador.
