Fairmont Rooms are located between the first and fifth floors of the resort with partially obstructed views of the Great Sound Harbor or Ocean. Our Bermuda rooms boast tasteful wooden furniture, sitting area, writing desk with high-speed Internet access, fully stocked mini bar, walk in closets and spacious bathrooms with a his-and-hers granite vanity. Each Southampton room has a private outdoor balcony with table and chairs.

Deluxe Ocean Room

Deluxe Ocean Rooms are located between the first and fifth floors of the resort and feature spectacular views of the turquoise hued Atlantic Ocean. Deluxe Harbor/Golf Rooms are located between the first and fifth floors of the resort and feature views of the Great Sound Harbor or the lush Fairmont Southampton Golf Course. Our Bermuda rooms boast tasteful wooden furniture, sitting area, writing desk with high-speed Internet access, fully stocked mini bar, walk in closets and spacious bathrooms with a his-and-hers granite vanity. Moderate Room

Moderate Rooms are located between the first and second floors of the resort with no views.  Moderate rooms are an economical option for a Bermuda experience.  Rooms boast tasteful wooden furniture, sitting area, writing desk with high-speed Internet access, fully stocked mini bar, walk in closets and spacious bathrooms with a his-and-hers granite vanity. Each Southampton room has a private outdoor balcony with table and chairs.
