The Colonnade's brunch features an incredible selection of traditional breakfast favorites and gourmet specialties including house-made terrines and pates, fresh salads, shrimp and crab claws, a carving station featuring tenderloin of beef or rack of lamb, coulibiac of salmon, fresh pastas, Belgian waffles, apple-wood smoked bacon and sausage, domestic and imported cheeses, and an 18-foot dessert buffet. Taittinger Champagne and fresh squeezed fruit juices complete this endless array of palate-tempting cuisine.
