Live music, a sustainable seafood display and a new Eggs Benedict station enhance Chef Jason Dalling's traditional brunch favorites. Seasonal salad creations with homemade dressings, a charcuterie display, a local artisan cheese collection and rustic home-style breads, are followed by Pastry Chef Aron Weber's decadent dessert creations.

The setting, filled with greenery and bathed in natural sunlight, overlooks the Fairmont's courtyard garden filled with flowering trees and annuals.
