A crackling log fire, warm hospitality and a hearty and delicious three-course fondue dinner - welcome to The Chalet at the Fairmont Chateau Whistler!

Hosted in the summertime home of the Chateau Whistler Golf Clubhouse, The Chalet's Fondue Dinner offers a unique and intimate Winter dinner option.

Menu includes cheese fondue with vegetables, followed by Fondue Chinoise (broth based) served with beef tenderloin, prawns and salmon. The perfect compliment to finish off dinner - a decadent chocolate fondue.

Live entertainment nightly.

Nightly from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. starting December 21, 2007 - March 24, 2008 (weather dependent).

Reservation can be made by calling The Chalet at the Fairmont Chateau Whistler Golf Course directly at (604) 938-2090, through the Hotel Concierge Desk, or for Hotel Guests, by dialing extension 2090.

Parking:
Parking is available at the Fairmont Chateau Whistler (hotel). Guest Services staff at the hotel's front door will be pleased to provide your transfer directly to and from The Chalet.
