Hosted in the summertime home of the Chateau Whistler Golf Clubhouse, The Chalet's Fondue Dinner offers a unique and intimate Winter dinner option.

Menu includes cheese fondue with vegetables, followed by Fondue Chinoise (broth based) served with beef tenderloin, prawns and salmon. The perfect compliment to finish off dinner - a decadent chocolate fondue.

During the Olympic Winter Games, The Chalet  will be open 7 nights a week, 5:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. 

Hours Of Operation:

Open Thursday through Monday from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. starting mid-December to mid-March (weather dependent).

Parking:
Parking is available at the Fairmont Chateau Whistler (hotel). Guest Services staff at the hotel's front door will be pleased to provide your transfer directly to and from The Chalet.
