A crackling log fire, warm hospitality and a hearty and delicious three-course fondue dinner - welcome to a unique dining experience in Whistler resort at The Chalet at The Fairmont Chateau Whistler hotel.

Hosted in the summertime home of the Chateau Whistler Golf Clubhouse, Whistler restaurant, The Chalet at The Fairmont hotel, offers an intimate winter fondue menu and optional horse-drawn sleigh ride.

The Whistler fondue menu includes cheese fondue with vegetables, followed by Fondue Chinoise (broth based) served with beef tenderloin, prawns and salmon. And the perfect compliment to finish off dinner - a decadent chocolate fondue.

Kids five and under eat free ('Kids Eat Free' family restaurant program available when accompanied by an adult purchasing an entree. Fairmont Chateau Whistler hotel guests only).  Children ages 6 - 12 have the choice of a special Whistler kids menu or 50% regular adult menu.

Hours Of Operation:

The Chalet's Whistler restaurant hours are nightly from 5:30 pm onward; starting mid December through mid March (weather dependent).
