Located in the lower lobby of Fairmont Chateau Whistler resort hotel, at the base of Blackcomb Mountain, Portobello's hip, casual setting serves up delicious smokehouse and deli-style menus.

It's a locals' favourite cafe in Whistler's Upper Village. Must try treat: the Bacon Maple Cream doughnut. Absolutely decadent!

Smokehouse Dinner
Join us for dinner this summer nightly between 6:00 - 9:00 p.m. Enjoy a frosty glass of craft beer from Deep Cove and Bridge breweries and indulge in a savoury smokehouse homestyle meal. Choose from roasted chicken, beef brisket, pork baby back ribs and other mouth-watering favourites. Live music will be added to this irresistible mix every Friday and Saturday evening. Learn more.
