Menu Revealed by Celebrated Chefs for Upcoming Collaborative Fundraiser

 - Inaugural ‘ELLEvate TogetHER’ Event Raises Women in the Hospitality Industry -

Today three of Canada’s top powerhouse female chefs - Isabel Chung, executive chef at Fairmont Chateau Whistler; Melissa Craig, executive chef at Bearfoot Bistro; and Nicole Gomes, recent Top Chef Canada All-star winner and owner of Cluck N Cleaver – revealed the menu for their much anticipated collaborative fundraiser, ‘ELLEvate TogetHER’, taking place on Sunday, November 12.

In addition to their own collaboration, each chef will be partnering with a female apprentice allowing the novice chefs to learn and grow, and ultimately shine, from this opportunity. 

Much to the delight of wine aficionados, acclaimed Quails’ Gate winemaker Nikki Callaway will be presenting her cellar door exclusive wines at this dinner, including The Boswell Syrah, part of the Anniversary Series Collection.  Ms. Callaway will also provide guests with intimate insight into her role in the industry. She is joined by two of British Columbia’s top sommeliers, Maryke Vandermarel from Bearfoot Bistro and Jill Spoor from Fairmont Pacific Rim, who have orchestrated the wine pairings for the elegant affair.

An intimate dinner with only 50 seats available, tickets are selling quickly.
