Chinese Executive Chef Jack Li prepares authentic local and regional dishes and a stunning selection of seafood, including prized Hairy Crabs and other freshwater delights from Yangcheng Lake.

Diners can enjoy the elegant Oriental surrounds of the two-storey restaurant, alfresco terrace by the lakeside. Ten exquisite private dining rooms, each with a different design theme, offer views over Yangcheng Lake and five-star butler service. 

 

Yi Feng Court Crab Cuisine Selection

 

Yi Feng Court celebrates the return of the hairy crab season. Enjoy our specially crafted a la carte selection of the finest hairy crab sourced from Yangcheng Lake. Chef Li’s specialties elevate the succulent crab meat and roe to a brand new gourmet experience.

The traditional cooking style of hairy crab is to steam it; however Chefs of Yi Feng Court use other cooking styles to create unique flavors out of hairy crabs. They marinated the hairy crab with rice wine, they stir-fried hairy crab with the seasonal flower-osmanthus, and they use hairy crab as steamed bun stuffing or cooked it together with thinned sliced Tofu.

RMB 588: Two pairs of hairy crabs (male crab at 200g & female crab at 150g)

RMB 888: Two pairs of hairy crabs (male crab at 225g & female crab at 175g) plus two bottles of Kun Opera Rice Wine.  

RMB 1688: Five pairs of hairy crabs (male crab at 225g & female crab at 175g)    

RMB 2588: Five pairs of hairy crabs (male crab at 225g & female crab at 175g) plus four bottles of Kun Opera Rice Wine
