WEDNESDAY - TASTES OF ARABIA

Be transported to Arabia and Persia with authentic flavours. Dishes include Kofta bi senai, lamb ouzi, Moroccan fish tagine and spinach sambousek.

THURSDAY - BRAZILIAN CARNIVAL

Savour a vibrant culinary celebration straight out of Brazil every Thursday at Coral Tree Restaurant. Let your taste buds Samba to the beat of South American flavours. Dishes include santiago succotash, fajita marinated rump of beef, calamari and grilled fish taco and brigadeiro chocolate cupcakes.

FRIDAY - A MOZAMBICAN SEAFOOD AFFAIR

If the taste of the ocean is what you seek, then spectacular seafood is what you’ll be served on a Friday at Coral Tree. Catch your flavours of the day with our ICE seafood bar (including items such as oysters, mussels and prawns), Ponto prawn grill, prego station and swordfish with mango and red onion salsa, to name but a few.

SATURDAY - INDIAN DELIGHT

Fragrant spices and hearty flavours accompany the Indian Delight’s menu. Go East each Saturday with dishes such as lamb rogan josh, goani seafood korma, dhal makhani, ahloo mutter ghobi and upma spiced bean soup.

SUNDAY - SOUTH AFRICAN CARVERY

If you’re the traditional type, the Carvery Bistro will serve up only the best of old-time favourites. Dishes include Beef bobotie, pumpkin fritters, vegetable breyani, roast beef sirloin and koeksisters.
