  • Kids' Welcome Letter

    Upon arrival, young guests will receive a special note encouraging them to write their letter to Santa and join in the daily elf hunt.

  • Letters for Santa

    Children of all ages are invited to drop off their holiday wishes in our custom red mailbox, complete with Fairmont letterhead, festive stickers, and envelopes—ready to send straight to the North Pole.

     

     

  • Elf on the Shelf

    Keep an eye out for our mischievous elf, who finds a new hiding spot each night! Kid's who discover the elf can visit the front desk for a sweet reward.

  • Seasonal Sips at Toro Chicago

    Discover an array of festive cocktails at Toro Chicago this holiday season. starting November 4, 2025.

  • Festive Flavors at The Lobby Bar

    Savor the holidays with festive cocktails and seasonal bites at The Lobby Bar. Enjoy our Naughty or Nice Hot Cocoa – A decadent twist on a winter classic, with proceeds supporting Fairmont's charitable partner, Make-A-Wish®. Plus, we'll also have a selection of seasonal small plates and shareables inspired by the warmth of the season.
