For the occasion, our chef Edgar Trudeau-Ferrin will host this exceptional guest, who will take over the kitchen for a five-course tasting menu, inspired by the culinary universe of his two Michelin-starred restaurants in the Philippines: Gallery by Chele and Asador Alfonso.
