Fairmont Copley Plaza can assist in referring babysitting services for those families that need support during the day, for special evenings away, weekends and holidays. Babysitting services are offered for a minimum of four hours. Please contact the Hotel Concierge for assistance.

Bell Staff / Door Staff

Bellmen are located at the Dartmouth Street and St. James Avenue entrances to the hotel. They will be happy to assist you with porterage and luggage storage.

Boston By Bike

Fairmont Copley Plaza offers complimentary BMW Bikes available exclusively to Le Club AccorHotels members staying at the hotel for up to two hours.

Check-In / Check-Out

Check-in time is 3:00 p.m.
Check-out time is 12:00 noon.

The guest whose name is on the reservation must be at least 21 years of age to check into Fairmont Copley Plaza. Photo identification is required for check-in. Any person who has made a reservation, is staying alone, and is not at least 21 years of age will not be allowed to check in.


The Concierge is available from 7:00 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. in the Main Lobby of the hotel. They can help you arrange dinner reservations and give you directions to major attractions. To assist with pre-arrival requirements please contact our Concierge at (617) 267-5300 Ext. 1691 or via email.

The Housekeeping staff is pleased to offer twice-daily maid service including turn-down service upon request to ensure the best possible comfort of all our guests.

Kid's Dining Policy

Children aged 5 and under eat free when ordering off of the children's menu at OAK Long Bar + Kitchen.

Children aged 6 - 12 receive a 50% discount when ordering off of the regular menu at OAK Long Bar + Kitchen.

Laundry Services

Same-day laundry service and overnight shoe shine is available. Pressing service is available upon request.

Should you have any deliveries, please direct drivers, if applicable, to the loading dock entrance.  Any package being shipped to the hotel must be prepaid and addressed as follows:

As there is very limited storage, the hotel is only able to accept boxes three (3) days prior to the start of your event.  Please inform the hotel if any boxes are shipped for your program. For each package, a $5.00 per box and $150 per pallet handling fee will be charged to the Master Account.  Any package being shipped out from the hotel must be prepaid, addressed, labeled and ready for shipping.


The Hotel offers the following valet parking services:

  • Overnight parking: $58 USD
  • Daytime function: $32 USD
  • Evening function: $32 USD
  • Restaurant: $16 USD, with validation
  • Late Charge: $16 Late Charge Time: 2:00 p.m.

Self parking is also available nearby at the following locations (subject to change):

  • 100 Huntington Avenue: $40 USD
  • 126 Dartmouth Street: $38 USD

Pet Policy

Pets of all sizes are welcome in the hotel at a cost of $25/night. The pet must be on a leash at all times and must not be left unattended in the room. Any damage incurred to the room by the pet is the responsibility of the guest. Guide dogs are always welcome and exempt of charges.

For individuals who are not able to travel with their pet, the hotel offers the services of Carly Copley, Canine Ambassador. Carly, a black Labrador formerly trained as a guide dog, warmly greets guests upon arrival to the hotel. She is also available for scheduled walks and runs with guests. Please visit the Concierge to make your appointment or send Carly Copley an e-mail.


We do not have an on-site swimming pool. Please ask our Concierge or other Guest Services Associate for assistance with local swimming pool options.

Safe deposit boxes are available at the Front Desk at no extra charge.

Located on the main lobby level this boutique offers a variety of signature gift items that celebrate the destination and provide the perfect souvenirs of Fairmont Copley Plaza. Sundries are also available.

Wheelchair Accessibility

There are 12 rooms at the hotel which are specially adapted for physically challenged guests. These rooms are in full compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act. The Housekeeping Department can also provide raised toilet seats and shower chairs upon request.
