Hotel Entrance:
Upon arrival, guests are requested to enter through the St. James Avenue entrance.

Parking: Overnight Valet Parking is available for $65 per night.

Bell Desk: A Bell person is available to assist you with your luggage, at your request.


Vaccination Required:
 As of January 15, 2022, the City of Boston requires proof of COVID-19 vaccination for those dining inside OAK Long Bar + Kitchen and attending hotel meetings & events in a function space. People age 12+ must show proof of one dose of vaccine in the form of a CDC vaccination card, a digital image of the card, a City-designated app containing a digital image of any official immunization record, or another COVID-19 vaccine verification app.

We appreciate your compliance with the City of Boston’s “B Together” policy and encourage you to visit for additional information, including a list of vaccine verification apps. Be assured that our team will continue to prioritize safety measures for the wellbeing of our guests, staff and community. 

Please also note the upcoming policy changes in February and March:

- Starting February 15, people age 12+ must show proof of full vaccination.
- Starting March 1, children age 5-11 must show proof of one dose of vaccine.

Face Mask: As of August 27, 2021, the City of Boston requires face masks to be worn in all indoor public settings. Face coverings may be removed when actively eating or drinking. Masks must be worn for all other indoor activities, including ordering at a bar or dancing. The hotel is pleased to provide a mask for guests who would like one.

Hand Sanitizing: Hand Sanitizing Stations have been placed in key common areas throughout the hotel.

Housekeeping: Your guest room will be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected with EPA-registered cleaning products. Turndown service is temporarily unavailable.

Room Amenities: Notepads, pens, alarm clocks, and refreshment centers have been removed for your safety, and newspapers are temporarily unavailable. Coffee and tea kettles are still placed in guest rooms for your enjoyment. Guest folios will be emailed. Bathrobes and slippers are available only upon request.

In-Room Dining: In-room dining is available daily. You may order breakfast from 7 to 11 a.m. and all-day dining from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Menus will be electronically presented on guest room TVs. Contactless delivery options are available. 

Pet Policy: Pets of all sizes are welcome at a fee of $50 per night.
