Your Safety in Mind

Caring for our friends, family and community is our top priority. Please be advised, effective August 1, 2020, a travel order will apply to travelers and returning residents entering the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Visitors arriving from designated states are exempt from the new order. All individuals over 18 and unaccompanied minors who are not exempt are required to fill out the MA Travel Form. Those in this category have two options: quarantine for 14 days upon entering Massachusetts or produce a negative COVID-19 test that was taken within 72 hours upon entry into the state.

Starting April 1, OAK Long Bar + Kitchen will be open daily (7am to 10pm) for seating inside the dining room and outside on our patio. Limited bar seating will be available, first come first serve.

Please note: In-Room Dining service remains available for hotel guests daily from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m.

Times are changing, and so are we. Here's what you can expect during your visit.

YOUR ARRIVAL
Check-In: 4 p.m.
Check-Out: 11 a.m.

Wellness Check:
Upon arrival, guests are requested to enter through the St. James Avenue entrance where you will be greeted with a friendly smile and temperature check. Guests who do not pass the temperature check are not permitted to enter the hotel.

Parking: Valet parking is temporarily unavailable. Public self-parking is available for $40 per night at Copley Place (100 Huntington Avenue, Boston 02116), a quick 5 minute walk from Fairmont Copley Plaza. For your convenience, click here to purchase your daily self-park parking pass.

Bell Desk: A Bell person is available to assist you with your luggage, at your request. Disinfecting wipes are available. 

YOUR STAY
Face Mask: The hotel is pleased to provide a mask for guests who do not have one. Masks must be worn in all public areas and event spaces of the hotel, unless you are sitting and eating.

Social Distancing: Furniture throughout public areas of the hotel have been rearranged to facilitate social distancing.

Hand Sanitizing: Hand Sanitizing Stations have been placed in key common areas throughout the hotel.

Housekeeping: Your guest room will be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected with EPA-registered cleaning products, with a 24-hour resting time between each guest stay. Housekeeping services will be scheduled in advance and must occur when your room is vacant. Guests must let our staff know when you will be out of your room the day following check-in and for the rest of your stay. Turndown service is temporarily unavailable.

Room Amenities: Wellness kits (hand sanitizer, mask, and disinfecting wipes) are provided for your use during your stay. Notepads, pens, alarm clocks, and refreshment centers have been removed for your safety, and newspapers are temporarily unavailable. Coffee and tea kettles are still placed in guest rooms for your enjoyment. Guest folios will be emailed. Bathrobes and slippers are available only upon request.

In-Room Dining: In-room dining is available daily. You may order breakfast from 7 to 11 a.m. and all-day dining from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Menus will be electronically presented on guest room TVs. Contactless delivery options are available. 

Pet Policy: Pets of all sizes are welcome at a fee of $25 per night.

AT THE HOTEL
OAK Long Bar + Kitchen: Starting April 1, our lobby restaurant will be open daily (7am to 10pm) for seating inside the dining room and outside on our patio. Limited bar seating will be available, first come first serve. For more information, visit our OAK dining page.

Fitness Center:
 Open 6 to 10 a.m. and 5 to 9 p.m., daily

Services not available at this time:
Fairmont Gold, Fairmont Store, Business Center, Valet Parking, In-Room Refreshment Centers, Health Club Roof Deck, OAK Long Bar + Kitchen Dining Room
