This Ramadan, gather around the fire at FUMÉE Steakhouse at Fairmont Dubai for an elevated Iftar inspired by heritage and refined with contemporary finesse. Thoughtfully curated, this exclusive set menu showcases flame-grilled specialties alongside timeless Ramadan favourites, served in an elegant and welcoming setting.
Begin with Ajwa and Medjoul dates, seasonal salads, freshly baked breads, and classic mezze including labneh, hummus, baba ganoush, olives, and tulum cheese with burnt butter. Continue with lentil soup or the chef’s soup of the day, followed by classic hot starters.
For the main course, choose from slow-cooked lamb shoulder, grilled chicken skewers, or Ali Nazik, complemented by Turkish dumplings and the chef’s daily creation. Conclude with traditional desserts including rice pudding, güllaç, and Umm Ali.
Throughout the evening, complimentary water, Turkish tea, and şerbet are served.
