Guided by a master merchant, you will step into the quiet, evocative aisles of the bazaar after dark. As after-hours access to the Spice Bazaar is arranged exclusively for each booking, advance reservation is required and availability is limited. Bookings for The Spice Route must be made at least 72 hours in advance and are subject to availability and confirmation by the hotel. The experience is private and accommodates 2 to 4 guests per booking. Pricing includes transportation, guided access, the spice-blending ritual and a chef-led tasting dinner; it excludes any food, beverages or services not specified at the time of booking. As after-hours access to the Spice Bazaar is secured exclusively for each reservation, a portion of the experience fee is non-refundable once the booking is confirmed. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled experience, or no-shows, will be charged in full. Guests are kindly asked to advise of any dietary requirements, allergies or accessibility needs when booking; while every effort will be made to accommodate them, requests cannot be guaranteed. Part of the experience takes place outdoors and involves walking; comfortable footwear is recommended. Service of alcohol is subject to local law and a minimum age of 18. The hotel reserves the right to amend or cancel the experience for reasons beyond its control, including weather, security or third-party availability, in which case an alternative date or a refund of the recoverable portion will be offered. By participating, guests consent to photography for the delivery of their personal experience gallery; any marketing use is subject to separate consent.
