Mindful Mornings: Yoga, Sound Bath, Mini Facials & Massage

Join us on select Saturdays this January for a revitalizing wellness experience. Start your morning with sunrise yoga led by Equinox instructors, followed by a guided meditation and sound bath with local healer Leah Williams. Continue the journey with mini facials and massage treatments from Penelope & The Beauty Bar.

What's Included

  • 45-minute yoga class led by Equinox instructors Leah Friedlander or Nina Marie Garcia

  • 30-minute sound bath and meditation guided by Penelope & The Beauty Bar specialist, Leah Williams

  • Mini facial or massage provided by the award-winning Penelope & The Beauty Bar

  • All equipment provided, including mats, towels, and blocks

    • All attendees must sign a fitness waiver.

  • Guests are invited to use the hotel dry sauna, hot tub, and pool for the day
