Booking & Stay Period
- Booking period: 15 October 2026 to 30 March 2027.
- Stay period: 15 October 2026 to 31 May 2027.
- A minimum advance booking period of 3 days applies.
- A minimum stay of 2 consecutive nights is required.
- Applicable to selected room categories from Deluxe Room to Ambassador Suite.
- Available through direct and indirect booking channels.
- Members of ALL Accor enjoy an additional 5% discount.
- ALL member rates are exclusively available to registered ALL members and are subject to membership terms and conditions.
- Discounts may vary according to length of stay and participating property.
Payment & Cancellation
- Full prepayment by credit card is required at the time of booking.
- Bookings are strictly non-refundable. No refunds will be provided for cancellations or modifications.
- The same credit card used to make the booking must be presented upon check-in for verification.
Check-in & Check-out
- Check-in time is from 15:00.
- Check-out time is by 12:00.
- The minimum age for check-in is 18 years.
- Valid government-issued identification may be required upon arrival.
Children & Extra Person Policy
- Up to 2 children below 6 years old may stay and enjoy breakfast complimentary when sharing their parents' room.
- Children aged 6 to 12 years enjoy complimentary accommodation. Breakfast is chargeable at SGD 22.50 per child.
- Children aged 13 years and above are considered adults and will incur the applicable extra person charge.
- The extra person charge includes a rollaway bed for room-only bookings, or a rollaway bed and daily breakfast for room-with-breakfast bookings.
- One rollaway bed for children below 12 years old is complimentary, subject to availability.
- To guarantee a rollaway bed, an additional charge of SGD 120++ per night applies.
- Rollaway bed arrangements are subject to availability and should be made in advance through the Reservations Team.
