    We invite you to step behind the curtain and into an unseen world as our Disappearing Bar transforms the hotel's very own Laundry Plant. This rarely accessed space will be reimagined into an immersive cocktail destination, brimming with mystery, innovative mixology, and captivating music, before vanishing without a trace.   Your journey into the unexpected begins at the sophisticated Fairmont Gold Lounge with a welcome cocktail and canapés. From there, you’ll be whisked away for an intimate 45-minute spectacle within the transformed Laundry Plant, where handcrafted Belvedere Vodka cocktails await to tantalize your senses. The evening culminates at ANTI:DOTE, where you'll indulge in two additional bespoke creations from our Disappearing Bar collection, perfectly paired with an exquisite selection of canapés.
