The Scarlet Silk Hat (limited to 25), inspired by the iconic hats of our bell staff, is an artistic creation crafted with Valrhona chocolate, layered mousses, and praline. The Rosy Snow Log is a buche de Noël highlighting Hokkaido mascarpone, offering a light yet refined taste with a refreshing hint of lime. The Strawberry Crown elevates the classic shortcake with premium “Kirapika” strawberries from Shizuoka, paired with delicate cream and sponge for a timeless delight. In addition, traditional favorites such as Stollen and Kouglof complete the collection.
