WONTON MAMA is a retro Hong Kong street food pop-up imagined through a Chinese Canadian lens, created in collaboration between Fairmont Vancouver Airport and MAMAintheKitchen. Running three days a week for a limited time, WONTON MAMA brings together the nostalgia and cultural richness of Hong Kong’s vibrant street food culture with the fresh, locally rooted spirit of the BC coast.

*Please note that the final weekend of Wonton Mama will take place on Saturday, April 18. We will be open for dinner on Friday, April 17, and for both lunch and dinner on Saturday, April 18—our final day.
